Terms of trade
These terms of trade apply for purchase in EURO CERAMICA 2000 a.s. e-shop. Conditions more closely define and specify rights and obligations of seller (distributor) and purchaser (customer).
Purchase order and conclusion of contract of purchase:
All orders purchased via EURO CERAMICA 2000 a.s. e-shop are obligatory. By placing a purchase order purchaser confirms that he/she is familiar with these terms of trade and also with complaint order and that he/she accepts them. Purchase order is proposal for contract of purchase. Contract of purchase begins when purchaser takes over ordered goods. Condition of electronic purchase order validness is filling in all data and requisites prescribed by form. Place where the goods will be delivered is delivery address entered by purchaser in purchase order form. Proprietorship of goods passes onto purchaser under condition of payment purchase price and its following take-over.
Sales return (complaint)
Goods can be returned at distributor only in writing according to conditions of complaint order:

Rights and obligations of seller
Seller has right to reject purchase order, if purchaser doesn’t fulfill his/her bond to take over the goods and pay purchase price.
Seller has right to withdraw from contract of purchase (binding purchase order), if execution of contract becomes impossible or if the seller doesn’t agree with purchaser on new execution.
All personal data provided during sending of all forms on our websites are confidential (see Personal data protection).
Rights and obligations of purchaser
Purchaser is obliged to enter correct and whole mailing address, on which ordered goods are to be sent.
Purchaser is obliged to take over ordered goods and pay total cost. Total cost customer gets to know along with filling in the purchase order before its binding confirmation (sending).Terms of payment:
Seller reserves the privilege of price changes. In case that seller announces higher price than the price stated on purchase order, purchaser can accept the new price or reject the delivery. In case that the new, valid price is lower than price stated on purchase order the goods will be delivered to purchaser at cost valid at the moment of order.Way of payment for ordered goods – C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
Terms of delivery
Place of execution is delivery address, which purchaser entered during ordering from our e-shop.
Delivery anywhere around Czech Republic provides seller via pactional hauler.
Transportation anywhere around Czech rep.
- CZK 250 in case that value of order is lower than CZK 10 000 VAT not incl
- Free case that value of order is higher than CZK 10 000 VAT not incl
Transportation will be listed on the bill as an individual item.
Personal data protection
euroceramica.cz e-shop keeper obliges that your personal data won’t be provided in any form to a third party except hauler and purely for securing goods delivery. Your data will be secured and used only during communication between seller and purchaser according to law. Therefore not even our suppliers are allowed to get your data from us and address you with their own “leaflet” campaigns, eventually with e-mail smap.
Your personal data are used purely for ordered services (for example goods delivery) realization purposes and serves also for execution of necessary account operations such as execution of the bill, eventually for identification of your payment made by money transfer.
